( We abide by these practices and customer's are responsible to have read and understood these listed terms below before purchasing anything on this web site or at our location for local pick-up!.)
The ONTARIO CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT states:
In the Province of Ontario , stores and other suppliers are not legally required to offer refunds or exchanges.
So it's important that you check each store's policy before buying there.
REFUND and EXCHANGES
Before you buy, find out if the store has a return or exchange policy
A Warranty is a promise by the business or manufacturer to repair or replace a
defective item until sometime after the purchase
Before you purchase an item , make sure to check the TERMS and CONDITIONS of the item's warranty.
Peppers radio communication web store policy is simple, we cannot do repairs nor are we qualified
to do so. For a replacement or warranty issue,you MUST contact the manufacturer , not us!
We do include a Manufacturer's Warranty, most for 1 year on parts and labor on most
of the communication radios we sell. Such warranty document is given at the time of sale, including
e-mail contacts,shipping address etc..
If you have any questions, please ask before you buy any products or services from Peppers Radio Communication.
Returns are accepted only if item(s) we sold and provided you,were the completely wrong item(s) by our mistake.
We also install tamper proof labels ( SEALS) onto products we sell to protect you and us.
Anyone who provides the manufacturer a returned item with a broken (SEAL) , the Warranty shall NOT be accepted and
you shall be charged for the proper repairs or adjustments needed . make certain you keep your warranty!
We do not have a try before you buy program.
You cannot return an item because you made a mistake or changed your mind or your got one for your birthday!
Once your purchase is processed and complete, all sales are final with no returns and no refunds( your receipt will be stamped with this information)....
so make certain you read our terms of purchase.
Again as we stated , all items come with a manufacture's warranty and any questions,
problems must be addressed to the manufacturer , not us!
Peppers Radio has no repair facilities to cater problems and warranted items are sold in new condition only.
By shopping to our on-line web store ,you are accepting this fact they are
part of our written terms and conditions and stamped on your final sales receipt.
Any concerns on operation, the user should read the Owner's manual.If the answer is not found,no matter big or small, we suggest that the buyer should contact by e-mail , manufacturer of that electronic product.
Your Product provided Warranty provides you the buyer, the manufacture's e-mail coordinates for contacting them.
You must know that we try and ship same day or next business one as payment was received. We always try to ship your order whenever we can bring it to the local Shopper's Drug Mart's Canada Post Outlet , which is open 7 days a week to accept parcels from us.It may happen we cannot ship on certain Holiday Week-ends so we would on the next available business day.
Only items listed in description will be included, don't assume anything, please ask questions. If it is not listed or pictured, it is not included. If something is not clear or you are unsure, Call us the ( Contact-Us) on the main page bottom , to clear things up before you buy!
ALL Canadian Province's ( except province of Alberta ) & Territories will have to pay 13% Harmonized sales tax, Quebec Included!

We do accept all Major Credit cards by Phone which includes a surcharge of 4.5% to cover our credit company's fees.
We recommend that you pay cash,e-transfers and Bank or Postal money orders ( at no extra charges!)
We do not accept ( PAYPAL ) ( MONEYGRAM) (WESTERN UNION) or others not listed!
We do not ship outside of the Canada.
